Due to the nature of hatching eggs, live agricultural products, frozen feeders, and consumable products, all sales are generally final.

We do not guarantee hatch rates on shipped eggs due to factors outside of our control after shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The shipping box
• Packaging materials
• Damaged items

We will review each situation individually and work to provide fair customer service whenever possible.

Please contact us with any concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes.
